Admission

• Admission is strictly by personal invitation only.

• Sale or transfer of invitations to others is strictly forbidden.

Product & Pricing

• Purchases are for personal use only - purchases on behalf of others are strictly forbidden.

• Reselling of items through any channel including informal/personal means are strictly forbidden.

• Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.

• For all online orders, you must contact our team within 7 days upon receiving them to notify us of any concern with the product(s) received. Enquiries received more than 7 days after the delivery date will not be accommodated.

• All products will be sold in "as is" condition.

• All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Final prices are determined at checkout.

• Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sales period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the basis for any claim.

• OnTheList reserves the right to make final decisions in case of disputes.

Payment

• Payment will be in AED only.

• Payment methods available will be Visa and Mastercard.

Delivery & Shipping Fees

• Single delivery address per account.

• Delivery locations are restricted to UAE residents only. In case of delivery location outside of UAE, an alternative address in the UAE will be requested. Failure to provide an alternative address will lead to order cancellation and refund.

• Orders will be scheduled for delivery within 7-10 days from the date of order placement.
